Ingredients:
2 lbs French green beans
1 lb whole blanched almonds
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon rosemary
Avocado spray
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a sheet pan with avocado spray.
Arrange the green beans in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add garlic powder, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until green beans are tender and lightly browned. While green beans are cooking, place 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add almonds and sauté for a few minutes until turns light brown. Place green beans in a serving plate. Add almonds on top and enjoy!
